Mr. G P Sharma is an All India Rank holder (10th and 27th) CA. He is a highly accomplished professional and expert in Audit, Ind AS, and Assurance Services, with a deep command over internal controls, risk-based audits, and financial reporting. He brings nearly a decade of rich experience from Deloitte Haskins & Sells, and thereafter again almost a decade in CA practice, where he led complex audits and advisory projects for large corporate, MNCs and listed entities. Mr. Sharma’s technical excellence is matched by his leadership in the profession—he has served twice as Special Invitee/Co-opted Member of the Internal Audit Standards Board (IASB) of ICAI and has contributed to key committees of NIRC and CIRC of ICAI. He is also a noted author and speaker, known for his insights on auditing standards, Ind AS, and governance frameworks.
