Dr. Dheeraj Sharma, is a rare combination of CA, academician, social activist and entrepreneur. He has a meritorious academic background and his multiple post qualification certifications span various domains, from Financial Accounting to Emotional Intelligence from IIM-Bangalore, IIT-Kharagpur, IIT-Bombay, IIT-Kanpur and IIT Roorkee. His extensive research and presentation experience includes over 500 sessions and publications in esteemed journals. He is a certified Forensic Auditor and a certified Sustainability Auditor. Previously he has worked with Deloitte Haskins & Sells. He is a prolific speaker, author, poet, and leader. He is a member of Board of Studies at Amity University, Noida. He is serving as an Independent Director in Public Limited companies. He served as member of the Professional Skills Enrichment Committee (ICAI), Committee on Work Life Balance (ICAI) and many other professional and social bodies. He also served as Chairman of the Gurugram branch of ICAI.

He brings nearly a decade of rich experience from Deloitte Haskins & Sells, and thereafter again almost a decade in CA practice, where he led complex audits and advisory projects for large corporate, MNCs and listed entities. Mr. Sharma’s technical excellence is matched by his leadership in the profession—he has served twice as Special Invitee/Co-opted Member of the Internal Audit Standards Board (IASB) of ICAI and has contributed to key committees of NIRC and CIRC of ICAI. He is also a noted author and speaker, known for his insights on auditing standards, Ind AS, and governance frameworks. At our firm, he leads the Audit & Assurance division, driving quality, precision, and innovation.
